What is up with her and too much eye liner lately?

her makeup looks like it was done by a small child, and those are the worst extensions ever. shes like 14 she needs to stop trying so hard.

i agree with all three of you girls! she is way too young to be worrying about hair extensions and dresses and all of that. shes 14 f*ckin years old and tries way too hard.

She looks terrible.

These are just the first things I noticed:
1. The eyeliner! She's like 15 years old and she's wearing more eyeliner than most celebrities.
2. The extensions... they look like string! They're an unmatching color and their thicker than the real hair on top.
3. The lips are really... to much. The lip liner goes to far to the edge and curves around strangely.
4. The (ugly) dress isn't properly fit. It's bunched up near the top and looks really lose.

The whole outfit is for people a decade or more ahead of her, and above all she looks like a slut!

Daddy needs to set her down and have a talk! No more Dollar Store eye makeup Miley, you're a star not, not trailer trash!

I think the dress is cute. But I agree that it's too much makeup for such a young girl. Her hair extensions just look silly and cover up the dress!

i know most of us on here are over 15, but please avoid supporting this girl. her 'camp' or whatever you wanna call it overhyped her stupid disney show into a mega million dollar concert and movie. she really hasn't done much!

I hate to trash her since she is so young, but that eyeliner aged her at least five years if not more! Too much on the hair extensions, and her eyebrows look painted on almost. She really should just enjoy being young and look more like a 15 yr old while she still can.

That dress might stand a chance and be cute if the rest of her didn't look so trashy. I feel kind of bad bashing a kid's look, but seriously,it's horrific.

I think the dress, shoes, and accessories are nice ... but her face and hair are SO distracting and awful that I can't possibly love it ... it's just a world of no.

The extensions are so, so unnecessary. All I see when I look at her is her hair! And it doesn't even look good!

If you're going to get extensions, do it right. It absolutely AMAZES me how many celebs have bad hair extensions!

I like the dress, it looked gorgeous on stage but the ahir and makeup are too much, I don't like her eyebrows they remind me of cross dressers.

I'm telling you guys... there HAD to be a weave sale in LA this weekend, and her, Beyonce, and Carrie Underwood just COULDN'T resist! I don't know what dead cat fell on top of that child's head, but she needs to drag it off immediately, along with the 11 pounds of makeup plastered on her face. Isn't she a Disney girl for God's sakes!?? She looks like a hot, 45 year old hooker mess. I refuse to belive she's 15.
