cute, i like both. but i gave hte edge to kim (shudder) bc i love a nice cardigan.

I like the full skirt and the floral print of the dress, but I hate the neckline. Therefore, I like Kim's look better because the cardigan covers up the top and accentuates the cute, full skirt.

i think both look good. since i love blue, yes to kim and since i own red wizard of oz shoes myself, yes to kelly. my ONLY thing is that kim looks like she borrowed a page from the chloe sevigny lookbook. i JUST recently saw chloe with the same style of outfit. no biggie though. we all "borrow" ideas

Kelly, definetly. This is a dress made to show off curves. The neckline is gorgeous on her, very flattering. And while the pattern is a bit dizzy and I personally wouldn't wear it myself, it works with Kelly's dark hair. Whereas I do not think it flatters Kim's figure and coloring at all.
