This adorable blonde has been relatively under the radar stateside. You may recognize the 24-year-old as Fleur Delacour in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. No? You may have spotted her attending the Spring couture and Paris fashion shows. Still not putting a name to the face? She is one of the brand ambassadors for Chloe's new fragrance, along with model Anja Rubik and Chloe Sevigny. Sacre bleu!
She has a tousled style to go with her tousled hair. She has this knowing look — when she's wearing a Charlie Chaplin hat or hiding behind fantastic sunnies. She is confident and she is one French cookie I will be watching.
