Oscars Red Carpet: Sarah Larson

Former cocktail waitress Sarah Larson is one lucky lady: not only is she on the arm of George Clooney, but she's also at the Oscars! But lucky doesn't necessarily equal fashionable. Her strapless Valentino Couture gown is pretty, but not Oscar-worthy. Do you agree?

I think she's just trying to dress a bit down since she is not a star.

She's trying not to outshine George, which is good, however she lacked accessories. A diamond bangle or bracelet would have been a good move plus some chandelier earrings.

She looks like she borrowed the fabric from an old lady's couch!

I'm undecided, I think she probably didn't want to dress up too much as she isn't actually an actress, but she looks incomplete to me, she isn't wearing any jewelry and doesnt look like shes done her hair.

I kinda get the feeling no one likes this dress but I have to admit I do kinda like it.

If she's trying to dress down, maybe she should have gone for the plain dress, not so many flowers. She's the only one in that colour, so if she was trying to atract atention instead, well, she got it. I'm trying realy hard to not let my opinion be influenced by the fact she's got George Clooney in her arm

Wow. I must be the only weirdo. I think it's a really pretty dress - different than the plain black ones you see all the time. But I do think she needs a gorgeous diamond necklace or at least a bracelet with it. Smiling

the material looks so dowdy and heavy. like it should be used for making a curtain!

She's very beautiful, the dress is not as awful as everyone is making it out to be. I think they are a cute couple, but I wish we would keep the fashion commentary to the actual actors and actresses!

Looks like she was on the sidewalk as a car drove over a golden puddle. Is it tiered only on one side?!?!

I like the top of the dress and the fabric is very pretty but I don't like the layered bottom at all.

The fabric would be great on a wing back chair or pillows. I lov e the pattern and colors, however it was not very Oscar.

The pattern and pastels are not doing it for her. I think the colors aren't flattering to her skin and hair tones. But she has very pretty bone structure.

Hmm.. probably one of the few here that likes this. I think it's delicate and sweet. On her, it certainly doesn't look like any curtain.

I like the fabric choice, but hate the layering...
think something more vibrant would have better complemented her skin tone
