Undecided. The dress' cut and color are fab, but what's that weird connecting thing? It's gorgeous otherwise.

Weird fabric on the butt, she's slim but it makes her body look weird...FYI skinny girls, just cuz your thin doesn't mean you look good in everything. Also not crazy about the bouffont on her head.

I think Ellen Pompeo seems like a really weird person, but this dress looks nice. A HELLUVA lot better than that purple thing she wore... I think last year... really tight and kind of stretchy-velvet. And then her thin/stringy hair was all straight and plastered down and she looked like she was out of 1992 or something. It was weird. Anyone remember that ugly thing?

Dress is ok, hair not so much. I love her on Grey's, but I'm always slightly disappointed in her fashion choices.

Not sure I love this dress on her. It's kinda Princess Leia gone sporty or something. Hair and makeup are flawless though. Finally looks like she's not exhausted from all the tequila shots, like her character Meredith does.

This look is definitely an improvement than the purple dress someone mentioned upthread.

I really miss how she looked on the first season of Grey's, when her face had some softness to it and she wasn't a stick like she is now. She was so beautiful back then. Now she's just scary thin.

the front of the dress is gorgeous... but the back just doesn't suit her! you can count all her bones!

She's way too skinny. Plus, I don't like her. Her only saving grace is that her head doesn't look too big for her body like other super-skinny actresses!

I'm glad she isn't wearing anything super tight that shows off just how skeletal she is, but between the stiff hair and the weird back, it looks a costume from Star Trek.

I like her in white, though.
