Angelface-- I have the same skin. I got mine here. They also have a bunch of other skins (including other colors of that one) available here.

Mine came pretty quickly and my total was like 13.50 with shipping (5.49 for the case, 7.95 for shipping) so a bit cheaper than the link they have posted here.
