This is my last SAG red carpet poll of the evening and I just couldn't resist! I loved seeing the most tightly wound medical intern from Grey's Anatomy in this lovely, strapless, cream lace frock - and she looks like she's having so much fun in it! The black beaded pin in the center adds the perfect touch. What do you all think?

I think she looks great. And the red lips are totally working for her. I have to disagree about the black pin, though. I felt like she looked like she had a barnacle stuck to her or something.

It is surprising to see her like this...I usually don't think of her as a conventionally pretty person. She looks so happy though that it makes the whole look work.

I think she neatly always gets it right. I love this look except for that black thing. I think the entire Grey's cast should do a fashion intervention on Ellen Pompeo though.
