Nelly Furtado couldn't look happier, but what is this dress all about? Is she wearing peacock feathers? Too much fringe and much too much gold. We are seeing a trend of curly hair, but I must admit I like her better with sleek straight locks. What do you all think of Nelly's look?

i guess I'm alone in my opinion. I think she looks actually good. she pulls off the dress and her hair is gorgeous, much better than those awful bangs.

She looks cheap. The dress is tacky and unflattering, the hair is competing with dress, it's just not good. She is so, so pretty, it's a shame her stylist lead her astray. The hair might have worked with a sleeker, more subdue dress, but I still prefer the straight, heavy-bang look she is usually sporting.

i love the dress its adorable. hate the shoes and the curly hair. its like the 80s where they got perms..and like shes trying to match her do to her dress...i dont like the shoes just because they are unflattering. who made the dress?
