I like it on Leighton.

Leighton looks more chic and classy and I don't like Kim's gladiators with such a mature dress.

I prefer it on Leighton. The color looks great with her dark hair.

i think Leighton wins because we all love her, and I agree that her brown hair goes perfectly with the blue, but I actually like Kim's shoes better with the dress - it's nice contrast, kind of toughness and elegance together. although I love leighton's matching, I like kim's shoes better...
