Not only was Naomi's dress inappropriate but she wasn't even invited to the event! She'd been taken off the guest list after her recent legal troubles. I just don't get what she was thinking!

It fits Stephanie's body better and wearing her hair up flatters the neckline and top of the dress. Stephanie makes the dress look good, on Naomi it just looks ugly (which the dress kind of is).
