I actually really like the Nine West ones above. I saw these (http://www.raffaello-network.com/raffties/detail.php?itemid=60263&rangei...) Prada ones earlier and thought it was kind of a different take on the Mary Jane. So cute!

And Lucky had some ivory suede mary janes by Delman that were sooo pretty.

Darn, I can't find them online. But they're on pg. 290 in September's Lucky. And they're so cute. I always think of flats when I think of Delman, but these have a nice heel!
