I love the ruching on this Bailey 44 Ying Yank Top ($101, originally $145). It reminds me of the flawless draping Rami Kashou would do on Project Runway. It has the ease of a tee but the look of a fancy dress. Fab!

Maybe the manequin is just too skinny, but I think that looks droopy and lame. I wouldn't buy that even on sale!
