I voted for January because I look the overall look of her outfit the best, but I prefer the dress in black.

They both look really pretty but I had to go with January, Penelope looks uncomfortable and like the dress is squeezing her stomach

It looks like an uncomfortable dress overall, but I think that January looks better in it than Penelope.

I dunno...I just don't dig the "visible lingerie" vibe...like any top where the cups for the boobs are delineated...blech. To that end, I guess I like Penelope's better, only because you can't see those types of accents as much.

I completely agree with misfitgirl. It just doesn't look as classy in white--almost as if it were lingerie. It looks MUCH better in black.

I like them both, but I think January just looks better. Penelope's body isn't agreeing with that style of dress. I like the darker colour too though.

I am agreeing with most people here. I like the black dress better, but I think that January wears it better than Penelope did.

i hate the dress in the lighter color--it looks like an overdone slip that way.

It's a girdle made into a dress just like the slip was made into a dress. I think it's a lazy attempt at designing something 'edgy' and new. It's tacky.
Designers love when they get away with this swindle.

January looks gorgeous in her gown and it seems to fit her better than Penelope. I like the way her headband and accessories compliment the outfit.

you know, at first I really didn't like this dress, but now I'm really starting to love it - I like both colors and I like it on both women, but I think Penelope's tan and curves both accentuate that beautiful black lace...

It looks like January is wearing a slip or a rough cut for a dress. The shape is fabulous and Penelope looks a lot better.

The style definitely looks better on January. I don't really care for the dress, and I really like Penelope..but the question is who wore it better...hands-down January.

i think that i prefer january's look better. i don't know if it's the color that suits her nicely or the cut - but i think that it's a more flattering style on her body

love black BUT january wins this. penelope has a boxy shape, not a curvy shape so the dress doesn't suit her. makes her look lumpy in the stomach/waist area. january has the better body but i wish she had chosen black
