You know I can't resist throwing up a few Love It or Hate It polls for awards show fashions. Saturday night was the 18th Annual GLAAD Media Awards in LA and the stars were there! First off is Jennifer Aniston. I think she looks hot in this black mini dress with beaded detailing that shows off her long toned legs. What do you think?

i mean, it looks really nice but she's done it SO MANY TIMES already. c'mon jen, experiment a little! i bet her hair and make-up people stifle yawns and need 7 cappuccinos just to make themselves look a little excited to be doing the same style yet again. i swear she's had her hair in that straight, middle part since 2001!

I love the beading! The dress is short but doesn't reveal too much. It speaks of class yet sexy at the same time. I love it!

I usually love her understated, sexy style, but I don't love this. Something about her hair style with that neckline just isn't all that flattering to her upper body.

I think she looks great, she always looks great, but why is she always wearing black?! She can definitely pull off some color and with all the ones that the spring lines have popped out I think she'd look even better (if that's possible).
