I picked the outfit on the inner right. Not a lot of ladies can pull off an angled top hat and black-and-white outfit with such drama!

She ALWAYS looks flawless...but I had to choose the navy gown...I also loved the Vivienne Westwood.

i had to say that the white shirt with the pants is my favorite this week, but the navy dress is a very close second. they are both outfits that scream 'notice me' yet they are understated enough that they aren't over the top and campy.
