I'm not too wild about the dress, it doesn't seem to fit her. IMO, dresses like the one Jamie-Lynn's wearing looked good on women who have medium-large chest. However, she should've used that sticky tape to enhance the bustline.

The shoes, don't really bring the outfit together for me. This dress looks best with a pair of pumps or peep-toed heels.
