I love bangs, but a little thinner!!

I hate it on me, but there are women who look fabulous with the thick bangs!

I like it on Mena and Eva. But not on Nelly and the other one. I also really like when Lily Allen has her hair in this style.

I think it's fabulous, although I'm not loving Kate's or Nelly's here.

A few months ago, I had my hairdresser give me thick, blunt bangs instead of the razor-y ones I usually get. I absolutely LOVED them but they looked ridonkulous after growing out a bit, so I went back to razored bangs the next time. At least with razored bangs I can sweep them across my forehead when they get a bit long. Thick bangs are too high maintenance for me.

I think the only person who looks good in those pictures is Nelly. The others not so much...so I guess it depends on the person.

i haaaaate it, i think v v v few can pull it off i just reali dont like it very much, what happens if it rains and u hav naturally curly hair it would just look so bad. on the girls here it looks ok but its not reali flattering

I hate the bangs, especially on Kate Walsh. I think that Nelly is the only one who looks decent, although the more I look at her pic, the more she looks like she's wearing a Cleopatra wig.

I've been rocking Marianne Faithfull bangs for a year now. I like thick bangs, but only if they have some shape to them. Straight across like in the photos isn't too flattering. It looks like something my mother would've done to me when I was 8. And rolling them under like the first 2 photos is just a No.

I don't think this looks good on any of them.

Thick bangs make the head look sort of top heavy, in my opinion. Also, I spent 2 years of my life growing out some really hideous bangs, so I'm just a little bit jaded towards them in general!!

I don't think bangs look good that thick.

I started to like 'thick bangs' when Nelly had 'em.

It makes them all look like they're wearing wigs... I prefer side swept myself.

I could never pull it off, but I think Zooey Deschanel looks great with thick bangs.

Yeah, I think either you rock it or you don't. Zooey D. is a good example. I also like thick bangs on Lily Allen and Reese Witherspoon.

I'm on the fence. I had bangs cut a few months ago but mine aren't quite as committed as some of these...not as heavy or blunt. I'm warming up to this look mostly because its just nice to see something different once in a while.

A month ago, I wanted to change my hair, so I had bangs cut, kind of like Mena... I really like it, I think it's a great way to have a "make over" without going too far!

Mena Suvari looks awful with them. So does Nelly and Kate. EVe looks good. But most people can not and SHOULD NOT wear this look.

on some people, it looks nice. but on others, it just looks like they're clip-ons! which is SO not cool!

I love bangs, I'll probably have bangs till I die, But they shouldn't start at the middle of your head.

There are face types that can wear it, and another that just doesn't.

I like bangs like I like pigtails, only on the 8 and under crowd. Choppy, textured side-swept bangs are another story completely.

I think no matter who you are, it's going to make your face look weird so I don't like it. I much prefer the sideswept bangs.

I think the blunt cut bangs are too severe. Side swept are much more flattering.

I cant really say I like any of them at all. Too harsh for most women. And generally too long. Bettie Page bangs are one thing but these really do look like Cleopatra wigs or clip ons as alluded to in previous comments.

It definitely depends on the person. I change my bangs all the time and in order to wear such thick ones, I usually have to have highlights. It makes them look less like a fake wig that way. Really thick bangs like that are great to sweep to the side in an updo!

I wore these in the second grade (early 90 btw) and they were cool then but now they look dated. :/
