i love the rocker look, and i love sexy looks, but on young kids (girls and boys) i'm definitely conservative... totally don't dig the sexualization of minors. like jay-z says, this is for the grown and sexy...

I love the look. I know she gets a lot of flack but I'm a fan.

This is the "Headed for Rehab/ I look like I'm 15 going on 30" outfit. Keep this girl at home and send her to American Eagle with the other cute Nickelodeon teens. She sets a terrible example for people her age...where is her mother? The girl would be so much prettier in just a pair of J-Crew khakis and a nice cashmere sweater or something-- don't be the next Lohan sister!

Am I the only person that gets turned off by young girls trying to look older. This girl is like what? 15? I realize that it may be the nature of the industry but where are the parents in all of this? Maybe I'm just an old fart about it.

Amen, califab. She looked soooo cute & pretty when she started Gossip Girl in those preppy uniforms. Now she looks like any old 20-something, drugged-up wannabe. And I hope she learns to work her face better for her modeling gigs, because that "bad girl smirk" is not flattering her features.

Her hair is awful. It's a bad cut made even worse by bad styling. And seriously, if I didn't know better, I would say she was 25 or older.

i love her but don't you think that she's trying a bit too hard sometimes? she's always got the 'i'm in a bad mood cause i'm 15 and a rocker chick' look on her face. it's cute - but it's always the same thing.

I love the dress, but I hate the girl in it. There are a lot of people that I dislike (Nicole Richie, Lindsay Lohan, the entire cast of The Hills, Gwyneth Paltrow, John Mayer, Madonna, the list could go on forever), but I can find a least one thing that I like about each of those people. Except for Taylor Momsen - she's a terrible actress, she is super annoying, her face is eerie (not ugly, just too wierd), she dresses far beyond her years, and she went from a moderately pretty girl with her cute curly hair to a pre-rehab Lindsay Lohan wannabe. She always look drunk and high and stupid, and I really just hate everything about her...

i think this look is nice...but now on the recent shows shes been getting tons of eye makeup...whats going on the girl is like 15 she hit puberty 2 years ago. i often forget i'm older than her, which is sad. the eye makeup is whats setting it over for me. (not in this pic but in recent episodes)
