Lauren Conrad looks pretty here, but I am not especially wowed by her look. Her hair and makeup look pretty, but I definitely think she needs some bling around the neck and those tan lines have got to go! What do you think?

Oh, my GOD, she let people vote for her dress? Bad choice! All-white was kind of last year and the cut says "I wish I had Halle Berry's body." I won't even dress the (lack of) accessories and tan lines. No star quality here but then again, everyone already knew that. At least she looks better than Heidi Montag.

I really like LC, but she should dress for her body and what works for her. she looks cute in shorter dresses and her hair is a bit stiff. usually I really love how she dresses.
