Newlywed "Ugly Betty" star, Rebecca Romijn is glowing in this flapper-esque vintage Guy Laroche beaded gown. I am seeing the bare neck trend we first spotted at the Oscars continuing here at the Emmys. Also, I just have to say that I think her hair is so cute! What do you think?

Love her hair, first and foremost. I would have liked to see her with some red lips though. As far as the dress goes: while the flapper look isn't necissarily "new" anymore, I think Rebecca makes it her own and she has enough confidence to make this dress her own. Props to her for standing out a bit on the red carpet.

The dress and hair length don't match the makeup and skin tone... Weren't the flapper girls in the 20's very pale? RR is very, erm, orange here. And you can tell her hair is long but they were trying to make it look short, and I'm sorry but it looks weird.
