Carrie looks ridiculous there's a fine line between creative and tacky and she crossed it the moment she put on that "flower power" dress.

i voted love it...i would never wear it...but carrie is my idol and she looks amazing in it! she rocks it.

I don't like it for me but I love it on Carrie and like Fab said she is the only one who could pull this dress off.

This dress is sooo "Carrie Bradshaw". I absolutely love it, but only a woman like her with such brave and bold fashion sense could pull it off.
