Here is PYT Ashley Tisdale looking...disheveled. With such a busy dress she could have toned down the hair — less bed head vixen, more sleek and sophisticated lady. I do like the neutral metallics against her slightly sun kissed skin though. Maybe she's just feeling like a wild child tonight.

She's still not mature enough to pull off such a dramatic look. I believe her stylist needs to give her a few more porture classes ,and help her become more feminine. Until then she should not try to pull of such a dramatic look with such a boyish frame that has no feminine quality about itself once so ever!!I hate it

How old is she? Still a teenager right? Way too young for a dress like this. Very few people could really pull this dress off - she is not one of them.
