Alicia looks like a tough but chic chick in this heavily beaded number. The neckline looks nice, and the cinched waist is flattering, but the embellishment is a little over the top...especially when her shoes are just as busy. Do you love it or hate it?

I love the dress, love the look. Makeup's a little heavy, but whatever. I hate to say it, but she just doesn't have great calves, and I think a full length dress might have been more flattering. I like the shoes too, but a plainer peep toe would probably have suited the dress better.
