actually, I take that back. I was reading Elle, and there was this amazing black Lanvin dress that was all fringe, but the fringe was long and made of some luxurious fabric - it looked stunning! I don't know what it is, but about 99% of the time fringe looks awful. it's that rare 1% though that makes you drool...
