I love seeing
Gossip Girl Leighton Meester in something other than
her preppy on-screen gear. While she and Blair both have impeccable style, Leighton isn't afraid to let her hair down. The actress attended
Shop Til It Stops in NYC decked out in one of her favorite designers, Brian Reyes.

Onscreen siblings Penn Badgley and Taylor Momsen filmed scenes for
Gossip Girl yesterday and today in NYC, joined by Willa Holland, who you might recognize as
The OC's Kaitlin Cooper. Willa is
guest starring on GG playing a model named Agnes who turns out to be a bad influence on Jenny Humphrey. Thing got pretty dramatic filming last night and, judging by Willa's Georgina-esque outfit and tough girl stare, looks like we might have another badass to stir things up on the Upper East Side.
Gossip Girl Tech Quiz: "The Serena Also Rises" Episode
Gossip Girl took it to
Fashion Week last night, and even though Dan ended up in jail and Blair tried to sabotage her mother, Serena, and Jenny, we still saw plenty of gadget love!

Serena van der Woodsen may look melancholy in this picture, but don't let her pensive pose fool you. In last night's episode of
Gossip Girl, the new reigning queen of the Upper East Side
showed her true colors and relished in her beauty with a new friend — leaving Blair in the dust.
You can loathe her but you can't deny her rockin' style.

Since it looks like pretty much every single character on
Gossip Girl got a new cell phone for Season Two, I thought some of you might be curious about what your favorite Upper East Siders are carrying since you've been back into this season's
tech quizzes! Last week I told you Blair had a
new maroon eNV2, and this week my gaze is fixed on the budding couturier, Jenny Humphrey.
Jenny used to have a pink RAZR — which I think
fit her really well — but it looks like she's picking up some tech fashion steam with her internship.

Penn Badgley, Chace Crawford, and Ed Westwick put on their serious faces for the cover of October's
Details. The boys
sat down with the magazine to chat about their new-found fame, some crazy fan experiences, and what they really think of being on
Gossip Girl. We're used to seeing this trio all decked out as their fancy Upper East Side on-screen characters, with their
chic gadgets and
enviable wardrobes, but this wet and broody look is something new.

Blake Lively and her new
Gossip Girl love interest filmed a romantic scene in Times Square today. From the looks of these pictures and after
last night's episode, things are changing for the new Queen Bee, though hopefully off-screen boyfriend Penn is more at ease watching
his girl kiss someone else than Blake was. As we gear up for next week's
cat fight, check how well you were paying attention to the
gadgets in last night's episode.

While there was a whole lot of girl-on-girl drama in this week's episode of
Gossip Girl, I am mostly concerned with Dan's dive into the dark side. That's right: he's spending time with Chuck. Those two are great together and I actually like earnest, sorta nerdy, talks-too-much Dan more than sappy in-love-with-Serena Dan.

When
Chuck premieres tonight, it will be
competing against Josh Schwartz's other show, the formidable
Gossip Girl. One's a funny spy spoof; the other's a sassy soap. So, which one are you watching?
Gossip Girl took it to Fashion Week last night, and even though Dan ended up in jail and Blair tried to sabotage her mother, Serena and Jenny, we still saw plenty of gadget love! Take the quiz and see how closely you were paying attention!
