Derek Lam is always searching for the feminine ideal, and I think he may have hit the nail on the head with this collection (even if it was a little scatterbrained)! Ever one of my favorites, I have to say, he channeled a little bit of young Oscar de la Renta on this turn...
In fact, things were a little wild! 
At Badgley Mischka, the 20's was the muse decade. Populating the runway were art deco dresses, dropped waists, and so much black and white Coco Chanel would have been proud.
While they may have been channeling Chanel, the collection remained recognizable as Badgley Mischka. 
Whisking us away to Miami circa 1940, Fab has a new favorite! The Abaete Spring collection was polished, colorful and youthful. A mix of art deco and screen siren style, here is a collection to covet.
