Baby, we're on a LC roll. Not only is she the PopSugar 100 poster girl, we found her look in Celebrity Style yesterday and here she is in one of her faves, Elizabeth & James, at the VH1 Rock Honors: The Who party. The fringed texture of her LBD is cool and her chain necklace and shoulder chain Chanel are a little bit rock 'n roll — very occasion apropos.

Newcomer Michelle Monaghan had so many outstanding outfits this week, at first I didn't have the heart to choose one over the others. They were all Fabtastic, but ultimately it came down to this logic: This stunning satin, one-shoulder Erin Fetherston dress takes a characteristic from each of her earlier looks from the week and melds them harmoniously.
It's pitch black like the Monique Lhuillier dress she donned at the Made of Honor NYC premiere and adorned like the grey Lanvin frock she wore on TRL. So far, this girl has done no wrong.
