Kate was looking bikinilicous
on the beach with her beau. Her Diane von Furstenberg bandeau bikini is unavailable online, but if you dig the zigzag print, here it is in string bikini version (
contact DVF if you must have Kate's). I'm a fan of wearing rugged jewelry beachside, so Kate's leather bracelets and ethnic necklace add to her Summer style.

I've actually taken a look at
tufted velvet fainting sofas before, but I'm back for more to truly stump you. For the next installment of
this game, take a look at each of these apple green fainting sofas and see if you can answer my questions about them.

Can I steal Mr. Armani and bring him home as my personal dressmaker. Once again, the man has worked his magic and the result is an exquisite, finely tailored couture collection that flawlessly blends menswear with femininity.

Fashion pixie
Zoe Kravitz went from everyday punk to pretty for this red carpet in a sea green crushed velvet gown. She stayed true to her unique style, but still managed to glam it up with an over the shoulder boa. Do you like what you see?

What's your favorite body part. On you, I mean. One of mine is my shoulders.

As I've mentioned before, I have a slight addiction to
velvet furniture. This
Paul McCobb velvet sofa ($5,000) is no exception. McCobb, who was known for his practical, flexible designs, worked in the US after WWII and catered to middle-class buyers, though since then his designs have been more coveted (and pricey).

Velvet is back, in a major way. The rich, heavy, but super soft fabric that conjures up images of Medieval Times, holiday dresses when I was five and the early '90s, has taken a turn for the better. As long as crushed velvet stays at bay, today's velvet evokes romance and richness; such was the case at Ralph Lauren (left).

For this week's
Casa Craving Challenge I asked you to tag gorgeous velvet furniture that inspired winter hibernation. I was inspired by the drop in temperatures and the rainy days we've had here in in San Francisco, which had me feeling like a hermit. All I wanted to do was curl up on some gorgeous piece of furniture, sip some peppermint tea, and watch the rain from the safe confines of my home.
Casa readers took up the challenge and rounded up some great velvet furniture.
