The time has come my Fab friends. After combing through every Spring '09 collection, I am in love with clothes (and accessories) all over again. There was chatter about the economy and whether or not designers' collections were going to respond.

I'm sure it was a raging afterparty because it looks like our Hills heroine put on a successful Lauren Conrad Collection runway show last night. Her Spring lineup was inspired by the beauty of Spring. OK, that's sort of ambiguous — allow me to elaborate.
