The Halloween fun does not stop for me when the Fab holiday is over. Au contraire. Last year we had Lauren and then-BF Audrina battle out their costumes. This year it's all about the ladies in red. This is a fine example of two friends coordinating costumes, but doing completely different ideas. Lauren perfectly embodies a flapper, but her color choices aren't typical. Nice. She lightened things up with a white fringed dress, gold metallic sandals, and a dramatic feather hairpiece. Lo looks super cute too, in a classic red cape and dress, though her shoes could have been more festive. However, her props take Little Red Riding Hood to the next level. No video beats Michael Jackson's Thriller when it comes to Halloween time, and time in general — it is an eternal masterpiece. But I did my best to dig up another spooky vid. Spooky bands . . . hmmm, The Cure! No one is the goth master like Robert Smith and his teased black hair, chalky skin, and trembling voice. This is my favorite Cure song, though I kinda hate the video — it has a spider theme and I hate spiders. So I apologize if you do too and are watching this with a Halloween hangover. Alas, it's an ill song, where Smith gets invaded by an elusive Spiderman character. Cobwebs and creepy crawlers abound — hope you had a Fab Halloween!

Want to be cute as a button come Halloween? Betty Boop may be old (circa 1932) but she's still got it. I was BB a few years ago and it was a cheap, flirtatious costume. The key pieces are the black curly wig, a bustier neckline, a garter belt, and gold hoops and bangles. The rest can be left to the imagination. Like any true fashion-loving gal, BB had a large closet. She was seen in little pink dresses, festive attire, sexy LBDs, even cowgirl outfits, but the BB I admire the most is the simply sexy one. Oh, and for this, you may want to invest in some boob inserts — BB's cleavage was one of her proudest assets.

If you have a Clyde in your life, a fun couple Halloween costume I've always wanted to try is Bonnie and Clyde. Admittedly, the movie has some slow parts, but I just watch it to admire Faye Dunaway in her fast-getaway tweeds and berets, and to admire Warren Beatty's, well, face. No doubt they were the coolest couple of 1967, and they have a timeless appeal. The easy thing about this costume is that you probably already have a lot of it in your closet (or your mom's) already. But you need the blunt blond wig. And your beau will be happy because he gets to dress up as a dapper gangster. To go that extra mile, study how the handsome couple quarrels throughout the movie and bring the shooting drama to the party.

H-h-hello? If you're going to be Parker Posey's best role in this mid-90 flick for Halloween you need to perfect her signature greeting. This film actually had a big influence in my moving to the big bad city of NYC in the late '90s. Mary's club kid life was so cool and quirky‚ or so I thought. She couldn't pay rent, but she did what any style maven does and struggled in style. From party girl to librarian, Mary stomped around in blobby platforms, bold hats, animal prints and themed getups. This is an easy costume to recreate — just raid your and your friends' ten-year-old clothes. Throw in some updated razzle-dazzle, put on some Deee-Lite and you're party girl ready.

Our favorite reality stars, Audrina Patridge and Lauren Conrad from The Hills dressed up for Halloween! Audrina makes a rad Madonna circa the '80s. I love the pearls; now this is the right time to sport leggings. LC went for a sexy sailor look, hat and all. I like how she paired her costume with white over-the-knee tights. loveyoumeanit is dressing up as an iPod Mini this year — Geek would be so proud! I thought this was such a creative costume: she made the dress herself, got thigh-highs from Victoria's Secret, and the shoes are by Jessica Simpson. Too cute!
