Kelly wore this comfy dress in LA but added her flair with a hard-edged, gold-studded belt, sassy pumps, and a black-patent bag. When I first saw model Masha Tyelna in this Dazed & Confused editorial (center), I freaked out: I thought her waist was freakishly small.
