At the Tod's Fall shopping party in the Hamptons, Diane looked Summer stylish in a Derek Lam black tiered dress, a carefree headband, and a Tod's python clutch. Iced tea in hand, Diane looked the best at the event, but you don't even want to know how much her Lam dress was. And no need, I found a cheaper alternative with just the same amount of hippie chic and some equally fun accessories. We love you Diane!

Although I bought it to use mainly as a bracelet, it evolved into a necklace at a recent event. Oh, Missoni prints. There's something about the zig-zaggin' signature prints that tickles the stylista in me. Since they're flats, I'm able to wear them on a daily basis without having to sacrifice comfort for fashion. However, the price tag isn't so nice, and I have bills to pay!

The friendly and fabulous Brittany Snow was doing her thing on MTV's TRL and simultaneously provided a look worth copying. What a doll. Her look is an easy one to imitate and you probably already have some of the necessary pieces. It's also an example of how one can be minimal and sassy at the same time. Brittany is serious on top and party on the bottom. Downplaying her Lego-esque Camilla and Marc sequin skirt with a casual navy V-neck sweater was necessary, because otherwise, it would have clashed with anything else. Finally, the pointy magenta pumps tie a feminine bow around this look.

This (mainly) vintage Carrie ensemble was one of my favorites in the Sex and the City movie. It's also one of the hardest to copy. I did my best, but had to change the color story. Instead of mixing green florals, which costume designer Patricia Field did with the vintage dress and coat, I found some lovely yellow floral pieces. Still cute, yes? The famous Timmy Woods Eiffel Tower bag is already spawning copies and there are many other gold dangly gold bracelets out there that aren't Verdura (and are much cheaper!).

In the movie her brown dress is Natalie Eshkenasy, her gold t-straps are Oscar de la Renta and her Faboo patchwork bag is Stuart Weitzman.
