I don't blame the designers at Herve Leger for sticking to the recipe. The bandage dresses have taken Hollywood by storm. His latest creation, the Asymmetric Rosette Bandage Dress ($1,690), has me in a tizzy. I love everything about this dress except for the eye-sore hunter green rosette. It reminds me of a badly placed party streamer. What are your thoughts?

Just when I was about to frown upon Selma Blair's stylist for putting her in dowdy outfits for the Hellboy II movie photo calls, she showed up to a party in a sexy black Nathan Jenden cutout dress. I wouldn't mind if it were a tad shorter, but overall it works for Selma's off-kilter style. We've seen cut outs in all shapes and sizes, but here is a fresh approach. The cut outs almost resemble flower petals, and I love their unusual placements. The pointy Louboutin pumps and gold bangles elevate the look but don't distract from the design. A briefcase and a clutch serve two different purposes, but here they have been combined. Diane von Furstenberg's Logo Briefcase Clutch ($990) is kind of like a mullet — it's business in the back, party in the front. Would you carry it?
These Victoria's Secret Two Lips Zigzag Wedge Sandals ($89) are out of this world. These shoes look as though they've come out of a rap video but then again, I can see these worn on the red carpet. By Fergie or Paris maybe? From the zigzag heel to the rhinestone-embellished strap, these are definitely a show stopper. Are they hot or not?
Tennis champ Maria Sharapova is one of the most stylish female athletes. I first took note when she rocked a gorgeous tulip skirt and showed off those toned gams. More recently, she fulfilled spokesperson duties in a stunning one-sleeve Lanvin dress from the Fall collection. I love everything about this dress: the color, feminine tiers, the nude bodice, the singular black long sleeve.
