Sadly, not all of us can pull off this Armani Prive tonal black strapless gown. But all can be inspired by its two toned appeal. A bit Jekyll, and a bit Hyde, these pieces deliver some style surrealism. The effect spans clothes and accessories, so choose to be dramatic, be Klum.

The adventurer in me has been eyeing this Marc by Marc Jacobs "Twinsie" Cardigan ($268). Not only am I a cardigan collector, I am also crushing on anything gray. This is not your typical cardi; two toned, here I come!

Hollywood Hits Europe for Haute Couture Shows Hilary Swank and Mariska Hargitay gave an A-list ovation from the front row during the finale of the Armani Prive Spring/Summer 2008 Haute Couture collection show in Paris. Both actresses showed off blunt bobs and revealing Armani frocks at the show.

Yet again, Mr. Giorgio Armani presented a drama-filled collection that his best costumer, Cate Blanchett, can easily fall in love with.

Armani Privé came in the form of oversized ruffles, poufy bubble hems, large stand-up collars, fuzzy feathers, overly tiered skirts, and lots of embellishments. And though the designer isn't usually one to overdo accessories, this collection was an exception. Chunky bangles, big clutches, beaded necklaces, and jeweled belts added to the theatrics of the show. I'm looking forward to seeing the Armani Privé runway translated onto the red carpet.

Remember a while ago I talked about Katie Holmes' fashion metamorphosis and her increasingly fashion forward style? We have seen a lot from her since then solidifying my hypothesis. I have to say: I'm impressed. Some say she dresses too old for her age, this is true, but here at the premiere to Lions for Lambs in Berlin, Germany she looks like a bona fide starlet. A sucker for sparkles, I think her super sparkly Armani Prive look is balanced with just the right amount of skin. But I can see how some might not approve. However, those shoes? Brilliance.Source
