A couple really loose ends,
and big plots, got resolved in this
Turkey Day episode of
Gossip Girl. Whew! While I love the drama, sometimes it can be exhausting and I get antsy for new fireworks.

B's mom Elinor has found a new man, and Blair is less than happy with her mother's choice. Never one to crack under pressure, she
remained fashionably calm as she plotted to break up the lovebirds. Her ivory Bill Blass ruffle halter and black Giuseppe Zanotti satin pumps was the perfect mix of fun and elegance.

On
this week's episode we got to see the good, the bad, and the ugly sides of people. Blair is unimpressed by her mother's new beau, but eventually gives in and lets her mom be happy — for now. Serena is anxious for a new romance, and like all her relations, it's already a roller coaster.

Another night, another scheme. Jenny is proving she has learned how to bend the rules, maybe she learned a thing or two from Blair after all. Her "guerrilla" fashion show, though further jeopardizing her father/daughter relationship, was a surefire way to get her fashion career off the ground.

Not in a few
Gossip Girl episodes have I found myself gasping at the TV — just ask
Annabelle. Jenny's storyline was heated; I wish my teenage rebellion steered me in the direction of a premature career and fast romance with a certain V Man. I'm not sure about her new fashion friends, but Jenny is getting super confident in her role as fashion designer so go Jenny.
