If ever you're having a bad day, throw on a bright red dress and see how your mood turns around. Jessica Simpson has nothing to be sad about, but she still donned a red dress while in NYC. A loud dress doesn't require much accessorizing, but Jess jazzed up her look with a rosary, a cross, and stacked bangles.

Eva Mendes, the newest celebrity face for PETA, showed up at LA's Robertson Blvd. to unveil her "I'd Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur" billboard. She looked comfy yet stylish in a red Stella McCartney dress, over-the-knee boots, and a black conductor cap.
