Overall, I was disappointed by last night's
SAG red carpet style. I was hoping since it was the awards show amongst the actors and their Hollywood peers, people would have a bit more fun with their choices. Save the gorgeous gowns for the Oscars and raise the hemlines and work the colors for the SAGs!

red carpet last night at the 13th Annual SAG Awards.
Belts have been around for several seasons now, and it was interesting to see them surface on the
SAG Awards Red Carpet. I clearly remember the black belt from
Cameron's Golden Globes Valentino gown, and while hers was one shouldered, the belted dresses last night were all strapless. When this look is short, it is rather 80s, especially Sara Ramirez's turquoise party dress.
I was surprised at the lack of color on the SAG Awards red carpet. You would think with it being the supposed more laid back of the awards shows peeps would take more fashion risks. I was hoping more women would go against the grain, but I guess I will have to hope for the Oscars.
