I know there are a lot of BCBG fans in the house. Its sale section is currently brimming with denim, dresses, bags, bikinis, and shoes, all at up to 70 percent off. My eyes went straight toward this BCBG Sandy Cotton Short ($69, originally $138).

No one does sloppy chic better than Kristen Dunst. Here she is on the streets of SoHo looking '90s grunge fabulous in a loose plaid top, short shorts, and flats. The plaid top itself screams '90s but leave it to Kirsten to put icing on the cake with her signature Ray-Ban Wayfarers and messy hair.
